The Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership degree program from CLU teaches you to lead organizations in a globally competitive environment. Through this program, you develop the critical thinking, collaborative, and strategic leadership skills that are essential in organizational settings. You learn to be open minded and find creative solutions to entrenched problems while leading with integrity.
